Abstract

Behçet’s disease is a chronic, multisystemic, inflammatory, recurrent vasculitis that clinically presents with oral aphthae, genital ulcer, skin lesions, and ophthalmologic findings. The involvement of this disease in the central nervous system is known as neuro-Behçet syndrome. Herein, we presented a rare case of neuro-Behçet in a 45-year-old female patient presenting with oromandibular dystonia, discussed in light of the literature.
