Abstract

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common chronic neurological illness of which the pathophysiology is not yet fully understood. In patients with severe complaints, arms or other parts of the body may also be affected in addition to the legs. In this article, we report two cases with complaints of RLS on both their arms and legs, and meet the International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group (IRLSSG) diagnostic criteria for RLS.
