Abstract

Nervous system involvement may present with various symptoms in Sjögren’s syndrome. In this article, we report a 55-year-old female patient with progressive cerebellar ataxia for one year. Brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed cerebellar atrophy. Patient was diagnosed as Sjögren’s syndrome based on the anti-Sjögren’s syndrome type A positivity and eye dryness. We present this very rare case to remind that Sjögren syndrome should also be kept in mind in the etiology of ataxia.
