Abstract
Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a taupathy in which the clinical features of parkinsonism, postural instability, vertical gaze limitation, and cognitive impairment predominate. There are various subtypes according to clinical features, one of which is PSP-predominant cerebellar ataxia. Since patients in this group primarily present with cerebellar ataxia, it is important to differentiate them clinically from multisystem atrophy-cerebellar type and spinocerebellar ataxias. In this case report, a 56-year-old female patient with PSP-predominant cerebellar ataxia presenting with ataxia, vertical gaze limitation, and cognitive impairment was presented with radiologic images, and differential diagnoses were discussed.
