Abstract
Neuroacanthocytosis (NA) is a rare progressive neurodegenerative syndrome characterized by movement disorder, cognitive impairment, epileptic seizures and psychiatric symptoms. Because NA may present with very different clinical features, it can be diagnosed late. In this article, we present two late-diagnosed NA cases with the current literature.
