Abstract
In the course of Parkinson’s disease, the incidence of psychosis increases as the disease progresses. Paranoid delusions can be seen in Parkinson’s disease psychosis, while visual hallucinations are more frequent. Treatment options for Parkinson’s disease psychosis are limited due to extrapyramidal side effects. In this article, we present a 50-year-old male patient, who responded to clozapine treatment, with the current literature.
