Abstract

Shunt operations are the first choice in the treatment of normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) with walking difficulty, urinary incontinence, and dementia triad. However, side effects related to the operation can be observed. In this article, we present a 46-year-old male patient developed parkinsonism due to cerebrospinal fluid overdrainage after shunt surgery.
