Abstract
Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons located in the substantia nigra pars compacta. It has a broad clinical spectrum, encompassing both motor and non-motor symptoms. Constipation is quite common within this clinical spectrum, accompanying the clinical picture in all stages of the disease. This case report presented a 62-year-old male patient whose motor symptoms worsened during periods of constipation and improved when the constipation resolved.
