Abstract

Orthostatic tremor is known as lower extremity or body tremor which occurs when standing. Although it cannot be treated efficiently, it benefits from some medicines symptomatically. In this article, we report a 58-year-old female patient who complained of orthostatic tremor for one year. Orthostatic tremor which we also demonstrated in electrophysiological examinations gave a good response to rasagiline. To our knowledge, there is no article in the literature related to the effect of rasagiline to orthostatic tremor.
